Linda Mility

Linda Mility is a seasoned Training and Development Leader with over 15 years of diverse experience in training, operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Training and Process Development at FinTitan, Linda drives the development of comprehensive training programs while fostering continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Linda held roles including Assistant Vice President of Training & Development at US Imaging Network and Corporate Training Manager at EVO Payments, Inc. Linda is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of Creative Catalyst Innovations LLC, where they offer services in corporate training design, project management, and marketing consulting. Linda holds an Associate of Arts in Ministry and Management from Manifest Theological Institute and an Associate's degree in Project Management from DeVry University.
