Cesar Ortiz has worked in various roles in the digital marketing and communications industry since 2011. Cesar Ortiz has a Bachelor's degree in Comunicacion Social from Universidad 'Santa María' (2008-2013). Cesar also completed a Diplomatura in Marketing y Ventas from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 2018, as well as a Diplomatura in Marketing/Gestión de marketing from the same institution in 2017. In 2015, Cesar Ortiz completed a Curso Universitario de Locución at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
