Crystal Chen currently serves as the Global COE & SSC Manager at Fintopia since May 2025. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at New H3C Group as an International HR from December 2020 to May 2025. Crystal's earlier experience includes positions in Global HR at both VIPKID from January 2017 to March 2020 and BESTSELLER from March 2015 to January 2017, as well as an HR role at Lenovo from January 2013 to March 2015.
