Gregory Derr

Gregory Derr is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Fintrepid Solutions since 2025, Gregory specializes in helping clients navigate business challenges. Previously, from 2021 to 2025, Gregory held the position of Chief Financial Officer at THE HARKEY GROUP, where oversight included financial management and operations while aligning financial strategy with business objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance at iHeartMedia, Senior Financial Analyst at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, and Analyst at Salt River Project. Gregory began a career in finance as a Campaign Manager for US Congressman Rick Renzi and worked as a Senior Analyst at US Airways.
