Rajan Pathak

Rajan Pathak has over 25 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Rajan began their career in 1995 as a Senior Branch Manager at Bajaj Capital Ltd. During their time there, they established the first web-based platform for financial solutions for advisors and investors, and increased the network from 18 branches to 110 branches. Rajan was also ranked in the top 5 merchant bankers in the retail segment in India. In 2000, they moved to DBS Cholamanadalam AMC Pvt Ltd as a Territory Manager Retail Sales- North. Two years later, they joined RR Financial Services Pvt Ltd. as a Senior Vice President. In 2005, they were appointed Executive Vice President & Business Head of ING Financial Services Pvt Ltd. - OptiMix, where they launched India's first web-based 'Broker Dealer Network' platform for financial advisors and investors. In 2006, they were promoted to Head - Business Development at ING Investment Management, OptiMix Division. In 2013, they were appointed President & Business Head of IFAN Finserv Pvt. Ltd. (Erstwhile ING Financial Services Pvt. Ltd). Rajan eventually became MD & CEO of the same company in 2017, and Co Founder & MD of Adapt Fintech Advisors in 2019.

Rajan Pathak has a comprehensive education history. Rajan attended Delhi University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a B Com in Commerce. Rajan then attended the American Academy of Financial Management from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a Chartered Wealth Manager - CWM. Rajan continued their studies at the American Academy of Financial Management from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Chartered Trust & Estate Planner - CTEP.
