Deeksha has worked as a Marketing Associate at FINVASIA since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Jr. Digital Marketing Analyst at the same company from January 2021 to May 2023. Deeksha also has experience as a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank from May 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Advisor - Intern at Karvy Stock Broking from February 2018 to May 2018.

Deeksha completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from The ICFAI University, Dehradun. Deeksha attended the university from 2017 to 2019. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Deeksha obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Himachal Pradesh University. Deeksha studied at the university from 2012 to 2016.
