Elisa Kajander

Elisa Kajander is an experienced professional with a focus on leadership and operations within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Manufacturing Director and Interim Operations Director at FinVector Oy. Previously, Elisa held the position of Senior Manager at the same company. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Jyväskylä, where Elisa also worked as a Ph.D. student and research assistant. Additional research experience was gained as a research assistant at the University of Oulu. Furthering leadership skills, Elisa completed an Executive Certificate in Leadership from Henley Business School in early 2023.
