Rozanne Andersen

VP & CCO at Finvi

A passionate advocate for the accounts receivable management industry before Federal and state legislative and regulatory bodies, Rozanne is one of the most respected and widely sought experts in her field.

Over the past 30+ years, Rozanne has served with distinction in a variety of roles including general counsel, vice president of government affairs, executive vice president, and CEO of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. She has also served as an attorney in private practice specializing in banking and financial services.

As Finvi's Chief Compliance Officer, Rozanne oversees the design of innovative compliance management solutions for clients in the healthcare, accounts receivable management (ARM), and government markets. Her input and influence at every stage of product development help ensure clients have the tools they need to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and legislative environment, to mitigate risk, and to solve their most challenging business problems.

In addition, Rozanne leads several company programs—Consumer Financial Law Compliance, Compliance Consulting Services, and Compliance Outsourcing—which she continually refines to keep pace with the market and regulatory changes.

Rozanne is deeply committed to helping business owners, executives, and government officials understand and manage the legal and practical issues they face. Considered a leading authority on collection-related compliance, she is frequently asked to share her perspective in person or in print by ACA International, Receivables Management Association International, insideARM, the North American Collection Agency Regulators Association, Clerk of Court associations, and state and local government associations, among others.

During her career, Rozanne has driven critical amendments to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Health Insurance Portability Act, and numerous statewide consumer protection laws. She has also served as an expert witness for the Federal Trade Commission and private parties.

In 2004, Rozanne was named Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer. Rozanne earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.
