Hai Ngo has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Science Ho Chi Minh. Ngo has held various software engineering positions in companies such as Galaxy FinX, Axon, LINE Corp, CBA Digital Solutions, and KMS Technology, where Ngo has demonstrated expertise in leading technical teams, making critical decisions on system architecture, production incidents, technical solutions, product planning, and solving complex problems across teams and company dependencies. Ngo's current role is as a Principal Software Engineer at Galaxy FinX, where they successfully designed, built, and launched a new Digital Bank from scratch.
