Brandon Vicchiollo

Brandon Vicchiollo has a diverse background in the professional world. Brandon began their career in 2017 as a Licensed Commercial Insurance Agent at GEICO. During their time there, they achieved Chair Member on the Employee Committee by organizing monthly competitions for Sales to improve productivity and workplace morale, and they reached the top 10% of Agents by selling policies providing expert advice and tailoring conversations to the needs of the guest. Brandon also achieved $500,000+ worth of premium in commercial policies for auto, TNC Rideshare auto policies, general liability, and professional liability. In 2019, Brandon moved on to become a Restaurant Manager at LeTara Grill. At LeTara Grill, they engineered a workflow for the back of house to the front of house allowing an improved experience for the guest and a productive schedule for the employees. Brandon also developed thorough documentation for organized parties 30 and above allowing for an amazing guest experience for the party, and they coordinated extensive training for Front of House employees allowing for a more consistent experience for guests and workload for employees. Brandon is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Finys, a position they have held since 2022.

Brandon Vicchiollo attended Coding Dojo from 2020 to 2021, studying Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Brandon then attended App Academy from 2021 to 2022 to study Computer Software Engineering.
