Kanyini Connection is a Professional Development Consultancy that works with the individual needs of the organisation and person. Tailoring to address the needs identified through thorough needs analysis, then working in the way that suits the learning style of the individuals. This is holistic, person centric learning.

When delivering through interactive workshops with a focus on collaboration,  sessions are fun and provide the ability to learn from other candidates and to network.  Information is always fresh, thought provoking and provide the opportunity for candidates to apply to their situation. There is no one right way to learn or implement learning. The emphasis is on the individual to apply in the way that best suits their circumstance, however Kanyini Connection is always there to provide support and mentoring should it be required. Every person will leave the workshops with confidence, an action plan, SMART goals and connections.

Within a business environment Kanyini Connection does a thorough needs analysis, sitting down with staff and leadership to fully understand the learning and development requirements. Following the session, candidates will leave with specific goals pertaining to their organisation and it's growth. Transparency and collaboration are key in any training, as is leadership support. 

One to one sessions of coaching and  mentoring are structured yet flexible. We will identify what your goals are, ensure they are achievable and realistic, and be flexible to change these if your situation changes. While the emphasis is on the individual, Kanyini Connection is always there supporting, providing new material to provoke thought, and to celebrate your achievements. 

Coming from an adult education and corporate learning and development background, I have a Masters in Professional Practice and Lifelong Education, and am passionate about sustainable professional development.
