David Manuel

David Manuel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical architecture and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Architecture at Fionta since August 2016, David has also held roles such as Senior Technical Architect and Senior Salesforce Consultant. Prior to Fionta, David worked at PFLAG, Inc. from July 2006 to August 2016 as Director of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing financial systems, IT, and human resources for the national LGBTQA nonprofit. David has expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Google Apps. Earlier career experience includes running DC Consulting from 2002 to 2006. David holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
