Michelline Granjean

Michelline Granjean is a seasoned project manager specializing in Salesforce projects, currently employed at Fíonta since June 2022. In this role, Michelline facilitates project planning and execution by integrating agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies while managing project scope, budget, and resources. Prior to Fíonta, Michelline worked as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant at Arkus, Inc., focusing on client success and solution configuration. With extensive experience in program management and implementation across various organizations, such as World Learning, The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, and American Councils for International Education, Michelline has developed a strong expertise in stakeholder communication, risk management, and technical training. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Studies from the University of Chicago and an MA in International Affairs from American University, along with additional project management workshops and Salesforce training.
