Paul Gallagher

Paul Gallagher is a Professor at the National University of Singapore's Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, where they serve as Joint Programme Director for the B. Pharm. (Hons.). Previously, they were a Visiting Professor at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, developing collaborations supported by the European Union Erasmus Plus program. They have also held roles as Head of School of Pharmacy and Associate Professor at RCSI, as well as Supervising Pharmacist and Superintendent at Temple Bar Pharmacy. Currently, Gallagher is the Chair of the FIP-UNESCO UNITWIN Centre for Excellence for the Western Pacific, actively working to transform pharmacy education and research in the region. Gallagher earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from UCL.
