Erickson Rivera

Erickson Rivera has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as a Production Manager at Fiplex Communications since June 2019. Prior to this role, Erickson held the position of Senior Manufacturing and Technical Manager at National Molding, LLC., where responsibilities included employee management and enforcement of system policies. Erickson's earlier experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Technician III at Boston Scientific, focusing on equipment maintenance for various medical devices, and as a Production Supervisor at both M&M Plastics and Lifestyle, overseeing injection molding processes. Erickson obtained an Associate's degree in HVAC from Universal Technology College and graduated from Benito Cerezo High School.
