With a robust background as a former in-house counsel at IBM and a Commissioner at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, they have provided legal guidance to numerous companies, both local and international, to navigate regulatory challenges. Their expertise includes implementing compliance strategies and mediating disputes, especially in the franchising sector. David holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney and completed a course at Harvard University in Mediation and Negotiation.
