Dayanthi Samarasinghe has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dayanthi began their career as a Retail Manager at JD Sports Fashion plc in 2003, where they managed all aspects of store operations and successfully exceeded sales targets. Dayanthi then joined London Probation Trust as a Finance Officer in 2009, responsible for financial and administrative services. In 2011, Dayanthi joined FIPRA Public Affairs as an Office Manager and later took on roles as HR Manager, Head of HR and Administration, and Business Operations Manager, demonstrating their expertise in HR, operations, and administration. Recently, they have been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at FIPRA Public Affairs, where they oversee the efficiency of processes and systems supporting the business. Throughout their career, Dayanthi has shown strong leadership skills, the ability to build effective working relationships, and a thorough understanding of HR processes and strategic decision-making.
