Gail Lucas, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, Gail has previously held significant roles including Vice President & Controller at HAP, where financial strategy and operations were redefined during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other notable positions include Chief Audit Officer at PSECU, Director of Financial Systems and Process Improvement at PinnacleHealth System, and Director of Internal Audit at Conemaugh Health System. Gail's career began as a Senior Auditor at Wessel & Company and as an intern at DeVilbiss Healthcare.
