Joshua House is an Amicus Attorney at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, specializing in constitutional law, civil rights, and First Amendment litigation since September 2023. Concurrently, Joshua serves as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University Law School starting in April 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at the Institute for Justice from August 2015 to September 2023, focusing on constitutional law and civil liberties litigation, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice Michael Cherry at the Nevada Supreme Court from July 2013 to August 2015. Additional roles include Associate Attorney at The Law Office of George M. Derieg and various legal internships. Joshua holds a Doctor of Law degree from The George Washington University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in History of the Near East from UC San Diego, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Virginia Theological Seminary.
