Marcus Maldonado

Program Officer, Strategic Partnerships at FIRE

Marcus Maldonado has a range of work experience in various organizations. Marcus began their career as a State Chair at Young Americans for Liberty in 2017. In 2018, they joined Students For Liberty as a Regional Coordinator and later took on the role of Development Intern at Pelican Institute for Public Policy. Marcus then transitioned to a Development Associate role at Pelican Institute for Public Policy, where they stayed until the end of 2020. In 2021, they joined Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression as a Program Officer, focused on Strategic Partnerships. In 2022, Marcus Maldonado continues to work at Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression in the same position.

Marcus Maldonado earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Tulane University between the years 2016 and 2020.
