Joe Gibson

Joe Gibson has a diverse work experience beginning in 2017 with a role as a Retail Sales Assistant at O'Reilly's Spar & Service Station. In this role, Joe was trusted with tasks such as money counting, ATM re-filling, stock-taking and customer service and supported the business by undertaking extra duties due to short-staff such as working on the car wash and sorting deliveries. In 2019, Joe completed an 8 month internship at Zimmer Biomet in the quality department, where they performed machine IQs and Test Method Validations, practiced GMP and performed operator training, and supported investigations on CAPAs and was a team member in the FDA audit team. Currently, Joe is employed at FIRE1 Foundry as a Quality Engineer and QA/RA Coordinator.

Joe Gibson attended Bandon Grammar School from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained a Level 5 qualification. In 2017, they obtained a Driving License from National Drivers License Services Ireland. Joe also obtained an International Computer Drivers License - Level One (ICDL) from ICDL Europe in 2015. In 2017, they began studying at the University of Limerick, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering in 2021.
