Thomas Mynott

Thomas Mynott has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Thomas started their career in the Australian Army as an Operations Manager, where they commanded soldiers in training exercises and focused on developing workforce capability. Following this, they worked as a Senior Military Recruiting Officer at Defence Jobs Australia, where they managed recruiting operations and processed a large number of applications.

In 2016, Thomas joined WithYouWithMe, a talent management SaaS platform, as a Senior Account Executive. Thomas was responsible for closing deals with medium to large enterprises across Australia and provided mentorship to the sales team. During their tenure, they successfully onboarded numerous businesses, including notable clients such as AWS and Cubic Defence.

Thomas later joined NCS Group Australia as a Public Sector Account Executive and subsequently became the Head of Business Development for the Public Sector in NSW. Thomas contributed to business growth and managed key accounts in the public sector.

In 2023, Thomas took on the role of Head of Partnerships at Fireant Digital, where they focused on building strategic partnerships.

Additionally, Thomas joined the Veteran Community Business Chamber (VCBC) as a Steering Committee Member. Their role involves advocating for a veteran procurement policy to support veteran-owned businesses in Australia.

Thomas Mynott completed their Masters of Business degree in Business at UNSW from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Military Leadership in Military and Government from the Royal Military College - Duntroon from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their educational background, Thomas has obtained various certifications, including Certified Project Professional (CPP) from the Institute of Project Management in 2020, Extended DISC® 'Accredited Consultant' from Work Test I Online Assessments in 2016, Working With Children Check from the ACT Government in April 2016, Boat Drivers Licence from Roads and Maritime Services in September 2014, Demolitions Supervisor from the Australian Army in 2012, and Demolitions User from the Australian Army in 2012.
