Ayala Bachrach has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Partner and Talent Acquisition specialist at FireArc Technologies .LTD since 2021. Previously held positions include Human Resources Manager at Codere, HR & Talent Acquisition at Codere, and Social Media and Content Manager at Colon Tours, where Ayala managed marketing activities and content creation. Ayala began a career in television production at Dori Media Group as a Production Manager.
