Carmit Vander

Carmit Vander currently holds the position of Chief of Staff and VP of People & Culture at FireArc Technologies Ltd since September 2022. In this role, Carmit is responsible for managing and mentoring the people team, driving global M&A strategy, and executing critical people initiatives while serving as a senior contact for the executive team on people matters. Prior to FireArc, Carmit served as HR Director for EMEA & APAC at WalkMe™ from July 2020 to September 2022, where strategic HR support was provided during organizational hyper-growth. Previous experience includes roles as Global HRBP at Teva Pharmaceuticals and HR Director at Magal Security Systems Ltd. Carmit's education includes an M.A. in Management Sciences with a specialization in organizational consulting from Tel Aviv University and a Directors course from Reichman University scheduled for March 2025 to April 2025.
