Brian Fujibayashi

Brian Fujibayashi has a diverse work experience in the software development and IT support fields. Brian currently works as a Software Developer II at Propak Logistics since July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer II at Firebend starting from September 2021. Brian also held the role of Software Engineer at Firebend from July 2019 to September 2021. In the early years of their career, Brian gained experience in IT support and customer service roles. Brian was a Software Development Analyst at Goodyear FleetHQ from January 2015 to August 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Network Support Analyst at Goodyear FleetHQ from May 2013 to January 2015, where they provided IT support for external customers and performed hardware repairs. Brian also held the position of Team Lead at Goodyear FleetHQ from January 2010 to May 2013, where they supervised agents, provided necessary skills for completing tasks, and took responsibility for resolving issues.

Brian's career started as a Call Center Agent at Wingfoot Commercial Tire from June 2009 to January 2011, where they responded to phone calls and email correspondences, assisting partner companies and individual drivers with immediate needs. Prior to that, they worked as a Road Assist Coordinator at USA Truck Inc from December 2007 to June 2009, where they assisted over-the-road drivers in locating repair shops and oversaw equipment repairs in repair facilities.

Brian Fujibayashi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in IT-Networking from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where they attended from 2010 to 2013.
