Justin Marshall

Justin Marshall has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Justin worked at Propak Corporation from 2011 to 2019, where they played a key role in new business development and strategy deployment for operational expansion, as well as comprehensive large account management. Prior to that, Justin held positions at CHEP, where they served as the Director of Network Optimization from 2009 to 2010, responsible for identifying and qualifying network locations and optimizing logistics and operations costs nationally. Justin also served as the Director of On-Site Operations from 2007 to 2008, leading a team in analyzing customers' distribution centers and networks to drive savings. Prior to their time at CHEP, Justin worked as a Logistics Analyst at CHEP USA from 2002 to 2004, focusing on analyzing the national network, negotiating rates with carriers, and identifying potential dedicated transport opportunities. Currently, Justin is the Chief Executive Officer at Firebend, a role they have held since 2019.

Justin Marshall attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Marketing.
