Alan Chng is currently the Customer Success Team Lead for APAC at Fireblocks, where they have successfully expanded customer success coverage to new markets and managed a high-performing team with a 100% retention rate since 2021. Previously, Alan held various roles at Sigfox, including APAC Regional Manager, where they drove IoT adoption and connected over 1 million devices to the network. Alan also gained extensive experience in mobile network consultancy at iBwave Solutions and other telecommunications companies, contributing to projects focused on wireless coverage design and network optimization. Alan earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University.
