Alan Chng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alan is currently working as the Customer Success Team Lead - APAC at Fireblocks, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, from August 2021 to December 2021, Alan worked as a Customer Success Manager at Fireblocks.

Before joining Fireblocks, Alan worked for SIGFOX from 2016 to 2021. During their tenure at SIGFOX, they served as the APAC Regional Manager for Client Solutions & Success from February 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held roles such as Sigfox Pricing Ambassador, Technical Presales Manager, and Sigfox Network Technical Expert, where they were responsible for driving business development, conducting training, enhancing solutions portfolios, and managing network infrastructure.

Alan's earlier experience includes working as a Mobile Network Consultant/Sales Engineer at iBwave Solutions Inc. from January 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they handled account management, network infrastructure expertise, and conducted training for iBwave products.

Before iBwave, Alan worked as an RF Engineer at Comba Telecom from September 2011 to December 2013. Their responsibilities included in-building wireless coverage design, technical sales support for wireless mobile coverage projects, and sales of RF products.

Alan's career began at DiGi Telecommunications, where they worked as an Associate RF Engineer from October 2009 to September 2011.

Overall, Alan Chng has gained extensive experience in customer success, sales, technical presales, network infrastructure, and RF engineering throughout their career.

Alan Chng obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications from iBwave Solutions Inc., including iBwave Certified Trainer, iBwave Certification Program - Level 3, iBwave Certification Program - Level 1, and iBwave Certification Program - Level 2. The certifications were obtained in various months of 2014 and 2015.
