Armi Noorata, CCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics. They have held various leadership roles in reputable organizations such as Fireblocks, Chronosphere, Dataiku, Trilogy Education, USI Insurance Services, McLagan, Fordham University, TVNZ, Transfield Services, and Deloitte New Zealand. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on implementing effective people practices and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience. They also have expertise in compensation and benefits program development, market competitiveness, data analysis, and HR operations.

Armi Noorata, CCP has an extensive education history, with a focus on business analytics, compensation, and human resources management. Armi obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Massey University, majoring in Human Resources Management with a minor in Marketing, between 2009 and 2012.

Armi continued to pursue their education and earned a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2015 to 2016. Armi also obtained certifications in Watson Analytics Fundamentals from Big Data University in June 2016, as well as Managing Social & Human Capital and People Analytics from The Wharton School via Coursera in October 2016 and December 2015, respectively.

To enhance their knowledge and skills in compensation, Armi pursued a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) qualification from WorldatWork, which they completed in 2014. Additionally, they engaged in a virtual class on Building Sales Compensation Formulas with David Cichelli through an alliance with E-Reward and WorldatWork in 2020.

Armi's educational journey dates back to their early years, where they attended St. Bridget's Convent in Colombo 07. Armi completed their education from Montessori to High School, culminating in 1998.
