Dan Sleep is currently the Head of Business Solutions & Advisory for the APAC region at Fireblocks. Prior roles include serving as Senior Vice President in Digital Assets & Financial Markets at Northern Trust, where they assessed regulatory impacts and developed innovative strategies in FinTech. Dan has extensive experience in derivatives, having held various managerial positions at J.P. Morgan and Northern Trust, focusing on client services, project management, and business analysis. They earned a BA in Accounting & Finance from Bournemouth University.
