Efrat Shiratzky

Efrat Shiratzky has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Efrat is currently employed at Fireblocks as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, starting in 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Cybereason as a Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for configuring the Cybereason sensor and cloud architecture, managing onboarding projects, and providing product and security training.

From 2019 to 2020, Efrat worked as a Freelance Wix Website Designer. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Wix.com, including Paralegal in the Legal Department from 2018 to 2018, where they worked on product compliance, implemented privacy and data protection regulations, and ensured terms of use were up to date. Efrat also worked as a Technical Customer Solutions Specialist from 2014 to 2018, providing technical support, analyzing user behavior, and writing content for the Help and Knowledge Base Centers.

Efrat's legal experience includes an internship at the Criminal District Attorney's Office from 2017 to 2018, where they appeared in court, drafted legal documents, and prepared witnesses. Efrat also worked as a Paralegal at the Knesset from 2015 to 2016, drafting bills and attending meetings, and at IDC Herzliya's Social Legislation Legal Clinic, where they oversaw legislative procedures and attended social committees in the Knesset.

Earlier in their career, Efrat worked at Leia London as a Shift Manager and Sales Representative from 2012 to 2014. Efrat also served in the Israel Defense Forces as an Operation Room Manager from 2009 to 2011.

Efrat Shiratzky has a diverse education history. Efrat attended Reichman University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree with a focus on Political Science and Government. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Alliance High School, where they studied French and Behavioural Sciences.

In terms of certifications, Efrat obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification from The Knowledge Academy in August 2021. Efrat also holds a Board Certified Lawyer certification from the Israeli Bar Association, which they obtained in January 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Efrat Shiratzky further developed their skills in web development through the they code; program. Starting in 2019, they pursued studies in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance their expertise in web development.
