Joey Chu has a diverse work experience in various customer success roles. Joey is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Fireblocks since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Consultant at Frontline Performance Group from October 2021 to June 2022. Before that, Joey held multiple roles at TSA Solutions, including Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to September 2021, Customer Success Specialist from August 2018 to August 2019, Client Care Specialist from August 2017 to August 2018, and Helpdesk Support from August 2016 to August 2017. Joey began their career as an Internship at Bridges Integrity Services LLP, where they gained experience in customer service, technical support, and software troubleshooting from July 2009 to October 2009.
Joey Chu completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from SIMGE (SIM Global Education) from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic between 2007 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Joey also holds a certification in "The Fundamentals of Upselling" from Oaky, which they obtained in March 2022.
