Kim Peleg

Kim Peleg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Since March 2022, they have been working as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Fireblocks, a platform that helps financial institutions streamline digital asset operations securely. Prior to this role, Kim worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Fireblocks from November 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Fireblocks, Kim was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ness Technologies | נס טכנולוגיות from August 2019 to November 2021, focusing on high-tech recruitment and collaborating with internal managers. From 2017 to 2019, Kim served as an Administration Supervisor at the Municipality of Tel Aviv Jaffa. In their earlier career, Kim worked at EL AL Israel Airlines, first as a Transportation Security Officer from January 2011 to October 2013, then as a Lead Transportation Security Officer from October 2013 to April 2014, and finally as a Training Coordinator from April 2014 to September 2015.
