Mark Smith is a seasoned professional in customer success and leadership within the MarTech and FinTech sectors. They served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Braze from 2022 to 2025 and are currently the Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Fireblocks. Prior to their work at Braze, Mark held various roles at GE Healthcare from 2014 to 2016, including Mobile Solutions Architect and EMEA Mobile & Wireless Leader. Mark completed a Master’s Degree in Physics from Imperial College London in 2010.
