Matt Dale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Matt started their career as a Research Assistant at The Natelson Dale Group Inc., where they collected and analyzed retail data for market impact studies. Matt then moved on to work at Ingenico ePayments | Shaping the Future of Payments, where they held various roles including Merchant Services Manager, Team Lead Merchant Services, and Principal Solutions Consultant. In these positions, they provided operational support, managed technical support and escalations, and presented and architected e-commerce payment solutions for global enterprise merchants. Matt then joined Wyre as a Senior Solutions Engineer and later became the Manager of Solution Engineering. In these roles, they prepared technical presentations, collaborated with sales teams, and trained the sales team on technical aspects of the company's products. Matt is currently working at Fireblocks as a Sales Engineer. Overall, Matt has a strong background in technical sales, customer support, and consulting with a focus on payment solutions.
Matt Dale attended UC Santa Barbara from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued higher education at San Francisco State University, specifically at the Lam Family College of Business, and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business.
