Norman Chen

Norman Chen is a Partner at BAM Elevate, the private investment division of Balyasny Asset Management L.P., and has been in this role since May 2021. In addition to this position, Norman serves as an investor for multiple companies including Klarna, AlphaSense, Deel, Treasury Prime, Fireblocks, Alloy, and Airwallex. Prior to BAM Elevate, Norman worked as Co-Head of US Software & Fintech Growth Equity at Hillhouse Capital Management from March 2019 to April 2021 and was an Investor/Observer at Enfusion. Norman holds a BS in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business and attended Shanghai American School.
