Paolo Lim is a seasoned engineering leader, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Fireblocks since 2026, following its acquisition of Dynamic, where they also held the position of Director of Engineering. With a robust background in software engineering, Paolo has contributed to various companies, including Blue Apron, Gilt Groupe, and IBM. As a founding engineer at Dynamic, they focused on accelerating the adoption of wallet-based authentication and identity solutions. Paolo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo and has co-founded notable technology ventures that emphasize innovation and practical solutions.
