Ricardo Alan

Ricardo Alan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ricardo began their career at McDonald's as an Atendente in 1999. After that, they worked as an Estagiário at Prodam - Empresa de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação do Município de São Paulo and TAM from 2000 to 2002.

In 2002, Ricardo joined IBM as an Estagiário and later held various roles, including Especialista de Suporte Júnior, Especialista de Suporte Pleno, Arquiteto de TI Pleno, Pré-Vendas - Especialista Sênior em Armazenamento de Dados, and finally as Pré-Vendas (PreSales) - Hybrid Cloud Storage Architect Consultant. Ricardo was responsible for pre-sales activities, adapting new technologies and processes, designing and presenting solutions, and mentoring new employees. Their tenure at IBM lasted from 2002 to 2020.

Next, Ricardo joined SUSE Brasil as a Senior Sales Engineer in 2020. Their responsibilities included acting as a liaison between clients and the sales team, understanding customer needs, demonstrating technology solutions, and addressing objections. Ricardo stayed with SUSE Brasil until 2021.

After SUSE Brasil, Ricardo worked at Splunk as a Senior Sales Engineer from 2021 to 2023, before joining Fireblocks in the same role in 2023.
