Rita Sharon

Rita Sharon has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Rita currently holds the position of Head of People Operations and Places at Firebolt since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Sisense as an Operations Manager from August 2012 till July 2019. Before that, they were employed at RUN-UP Group, where they served as an HR & Operations Manager from March 2003 to July 2012. Rita also worked as a Branch Manager at Elite Recruitment from 2002 to 2003. Rita began their career at the Israel Airports Authority - IAA, where they held the position of Recruitment and Training - Security Department from 1994 to 2002.

Rita Sharon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Rita then pursued their MA in Human Resources Management at the University of Derby from 1997 to 1999.
