Joy Sen

Joy Sen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joy currently works as the Director of Cyber Security Analysis at FireCompass, a SaaS platform that specializes in Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) and Attack Surface Management (ASM). Prior to joining FireCompass in 2022, Joy served as the Head of Service Delivery-Application Security at Standard Chartered Global Business Services for a decade, from 2012 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 2010 to 2012. Joy also has experience as the Head of Service Delivery at iViZ Techno Solutions Private Limited, a Cigital Company, from 2009 to 2010. Their earlier work includes serving as an Officer in the Indian Navy for ten years, from 1999 to 2009, and working as a Senior Programmer at NEMO from 1996 to 1999.

Joy Sen has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from both Calicut University in Thenhipalem, Malapuram and Government Engineering College in Thrissur. Additionally, they completed an Executive Programme in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Joy has obtained certifications in CEHv8 from EC-Council in June 2012 and CISSP from ISC2 in April 2010.
