Roberto Ricci

Roberto Ricci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both leadership and investment roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at SENSO and Founder of Bob And Claire, a communications agency focused on digital marketing for the food and hospitality sectors, Roberto plays a crucial role in supporting Italian brands. In addition, Roberto holds positions as Limited Partner at firedrop, Venture Associate at Republic, and Operating Partner at Enzo Ventures—an early-stage VC fund led by Gen Z entrepreneurs. Other notable investments include involvement with Behind Genius Ventures, zingbus, Passion Capital, and Backstage Capital. Roberto is also a Fellow at On Deck, fostering innovation and talent in the startup ecosystem. Academically, Roberto holds an MSc in Management Consulting and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli University, complemented by studies at the University of Groningen.
