Sarah Stephenson

Sarah Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sarah started their career as a Guest Services Manager at Hampton by Hilton - Birmingham City North, where they handled training, reservations, office management, and ensured excellent customer and company relations. Sarah then worked as a First Line Support Analyst at Guestline, where they provided IT support for hotel software, answered queries, provided training, and resolved issues. Sarah was later promoted to Assistant Product Owner, responsible for ensuring stable product updates and optimizing existing business.
