Vicki Moir

Vicki Moir has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Vicki began as a Production Assistant at TVP Film & Multimedia, then moved on to Office Manager at The Scottish Wedding Directory. In 2005, they became a Consultant/Senior Consultant at a Specialist Recruiter, focusing on Commercial, Engineering, and Accountancy roles. In 2010, they were Business Manager for two Global Recruitment Specialists. From 2013 to the present, they have been at Firefish Software, where they have held the roles of Head of Talent and Head of Happiness. In these roles, they are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Aquarium and cultivating the culture, as well as attracting the best talent to the Product, Growth, Customer, and Operations teams.

Vicki Moir attended the University of Aberdeen from 1998 to 2000, studying Law & Politics.
