Firefly
Roger Elmberg is an experienced production manager with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Production Manager at Firefly since August 2023, Roger previously held significant roles at MTR Nordic Group, including Underhållschef Komponent and Production Manager from July 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Roger worked at Trimble in various managerial capacities, including Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineering & NPI Manager, from October 2005 to June 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions at Laird Technologies and Powerwave Technologies as an Industrial Engineer, as well as manufacturing engineering roles at Proximion AB and Plockmatic International AB. Roger holds a degree from Blekinge Institute of Technology, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
