Bailey Mitchell is an experienced propulsion engineer currently serving as the Propulsion Engine Manager at Firefly Aerospace since February 2023, after previously holding the position of Propulsion Development Engineer at Ursa Major from May 2021 to January 2023, where responsibility included the Hadley ignition systems.
