Curtis Carty

Curtis Carty is an IT Analyst at Firefly Aerospace since June 2023, with prior experience as an IT Support Technician at Q2 from October 2021 to June 2023. At Q2, Curtis specialized in imaging, provisioning, and setting up devices, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Curtis has extensive knowledge of device management tools such as Endpoint and Jamf, as well as experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Okta, and various ticket systems including ServiceNow and Salesforce. Before joining Q2, Curtis worked as a Team Lead Desktop Support Technician at Tech Mahindra, providing senior-level support for Applied Materials, and has a history of independent contracting and general IT support roles, including experience in equipment technology at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum. Curtis holds a high school diploma from Pioneer High School, completed in 1991.
