Eric Salwan

Eric Salwan is the Co-Founder and Director of Commercial Business Development at Firefly Aerospace. Eric has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, including thirteen years as a TrackWise Consultant.

Eric began their career as an IT Director for Firefly Space Systems, where they were responsible for managing the IT infrastructure for an aerospace company with 160 employees. Eric then became a Consultant for Firefly Aerospace, where they worked with senior management to determine IT priorities and execute projects.

In their role as a TrackWise Consultant, Eric has implemented Sparta Systems TrackWise QMS for multiple pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology customers, including Allergan. Eric has been responsible for configuring prototypes, conducting prototype evaluation sessions, configuring final systems, creating Crystal Reports and system documentation.

Eric’s experience in the IT industry has helped him to be successful in their current role at Firefly Aerospace, where they are responsible for the commercial business development of the company.
