Johnny M. is an experienced aerospace professional with a diverse background in engineering and product design. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Trainer at Firefly Aerospace since January 2022, Johnny motivates new talent in the space industry. Previously held positions include Quality Assurance Engineer and Aerospace Project Engineer roles at Stratasys Direct Manufacturing, where Johnny contributed to next-generation 3D manufacturing initiatives. As the Founder and Product Designer at Mototype Design, Johnny specializes in prototype development, translating design concepts into tangible products. Additional experience encompasses roles in new product development, propulsion testing, and aerospace design at various renowned companies. Johnny holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, along with specialized education in automotive technology.
