Matthew Maxwell is an experienced technician with a strong background in instrumentation, data, and control systems. Currently serving as the Lead EGSE Technician at Firefly Aerospace, Matthew leads a team focused on building and upgrading test infrastructure. Prior roles at Firefly include Test Technician, where responsibilities included engine assembly and instrumentation maintenance. Matthew's expertise extends to a range of calibration and metrology positions at TesCom and Weed Instrument, complemented by extensive field service experience at Thermo-Temp Inc and Hotwork. Matthew holds an Associate of Science degree in Electromechanical Technology Engineering Technology from Austin Community College and TSTC.
