Ryan Cole

Ryan Cole is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in propulsion and test engineering. Currently serving as Engine Manager and previously as Spacecraft Propulsion Development Engineer at Firefly Aerospace since August 2021, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in developing and managing propulsion systems. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as Propulsion Test Engineer for Human Landing Systems at Dynetics, Inc., and directed test engineering at Texas Rocket Engineering Lab. Additional experience includes positions as a Recovery Systems Principal Engineer at Texas Rocket Engineering Lab, Ground Systems Engineer at Texas Spacecraft Laboratory, and Technician at the Microelectronics Research Center at UT Austin. Ryan also contributed to the Longhorn Rocketry Association as Certification Officer. Ryan holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2016 and 2020.
