Michael Zhang

Michael Zhang has worked in the gaming industry since 1996. Michael began their career as a Consultant for the Ministry of Commerce in China. In 2002, they became an Associate Consultant for Ascend World Wide LLC. In 2004, they founded and served as CEO of lunch2me.com. From 2007 to 2011, they held various roles at VestGame Entertainment Inc., Thsale.com, and ZQGame, including General Manager of U.S. Operation / VP of Marketing and President (Overseas) / CEO (U.S. Branch) / Executive Vice President (Overseas). From 2008 to 2015, they were Co-Founder and CEO of Ray Flame Entertainment Inc. and Founder and CEO of Firefly Games, respectively. In 2022, they became Founder and CEO of MetaWorld Entertainment Inc.

Michael Zhang received their BS in MIS from Beijing Information Technology Institute between 1992 and 1996. Michael then obtained their MA in Korean Study, Focus on Business Management from Korea University between 1997 and 1999. Finally, they earned their MS in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge between 2000 and 2002.
